Tru-Flate? airline regulators employ a solid piston and balanced poppet for excellent performance and longer life. The solid piston design is reliable for a broad range of demanding applications and is impervious to a wide range of lubricating oils and greases. Unlike diaphragms, the solid piston resists rupture, cracking or tearing under pressure, constant flexing or high cycle rates. It is impervious to most chemicals, provides accurate control and assures smooth, uninterrupted operation. Tru-Flate airline regulators have fast reverse flow capabilities, allowing installation where dual pressures are required. Feature 2 ga ports and include pressure gauge and non-rising, locking knob adjustment. Maximum pressure 250 psi primary, 2 to 125 psi secondary.

Adopted by most coupler manufacturers, this plug design is considered the industrial standard. It can be identified by the 3/16 in pilot and flat bottom V-shaped ball groove. Conforms to ANSI (NFPA) T3.20.14-1990 dimensions.

The Tru-Flate design plug is recognized by the extremely short pilot, however it has the widest metal section between the groove and the pilot. The sealing surface on the end of the plug is wider than other interchanges, resulting in better sealing and longer seal life. The Tru-Flate design coupler utilizes the tubular valve which supports the seal and allows more air flow at lower pressure drops than most competitive couplers. The protective collar guards against accidental disconnect.

Filtration removes airborne solid contaminants, pipe scale, rust, which may cause wear or failure of pneumatic components. Large filter element surface gives low pressure drop and long element life. The Mini Series of airline filters offers a higher degree of filtration. All filters are complete with filter element and either manual or automatic drains. Maximum pressure 150 psi at 125 deg F with polycarbonate bowl and 250 psi at 175 deg F with metal bowl. Temperature range -10 to +175 deg F.
